SHIPPING POLICY
At this stage, each Wufes piece is shipped directly from our studio in China mainland.
Our warehouse team will process the order within 48 business hours of receipt of your order.
For Canada and United States, orders are typically delivered within 10–12 business days after dispatch. A shipping confirmation will be emailed once your order is on its way.
Wufes provides free shipping to Canada and United States for order over $300, a $25 fee for order below $300.

Future Local Fulfillment:
We’re in the process of establishing our inventory in Canada. Once local fulfillment becomes available, Canadian orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Wufes offers a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
We aim to respond to all after-sales inquiries within 24 business hours. To initiate a return, please contact wufesbag_canada@outlook.com with your order number. Approval is required prior to return shipping. Return shipping is offered at a preferential flat rate of $25.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:

The original packaging is intact (including dust bag, and tags).

All product labels and tags remain attached and undamaged.

The item shows no signs of use, including scratches, stains, or marks.

Returns that affect resale condition cannot be accepted.
Refund or exchange are typically processed within 5–8 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
